how much weight would i have to lose to get down to a size large?

i’m female..16 years old..and weigh 260 lbs…how much wegiht would i have to lose to get down to a size large?

That depends on many factors you haven’t really described, such as your height, frame, and muscularity. Even beyond that, how you lose the weight makes a huge difference. If you do it almost entirely with the right exercises, you could weigh a LOT more at a given size than if you did it more with diet.

If you’re average height, frame, muscle density, etc, I would GUESS 80-100 lbs. That is just a guess, though, and there is no way to tell for sure given the information you’ve provided.
