Where to find a cute shoulder bag like this one?

I am looking for a long shoulder bag, one that is small but can hold a binder. I like the one in that link, but i don’t like the strings at the bottom. I’d prefer it to be a plain color with no extra strings hanging off it.

this one is expensive, but its cute, big enough to hold a binder, no fringes, white, solid color, not large strap though sorry.
