Do all U.S. Navy Officers to Buffalo (or Swords)?
I saw his picture and wonder if all agents to get them or if something special about those?
Officers of the Navy of the United States are allowed to have swords in their ceremonial uniforms and chief warrant officers are allowed to have their knives; uniform items are optional, and if an officer or a chief wants one, they have to pay for it.
