In 1977, a man was put to rest who lived a life and accomplished much that it could not be summarized in few words. The group was designed to place a number of kinds of steel drums providing a variety of musical notes. They also used a drum-Bonga Bonga, maracas, claves, and other rhythm instruments to accompany the steel drums.
The group has created a varied repertoire of songs which included meringues, cha-cha, samba, rhumba and calypso conventional. Roeper chef was very skilled in adapting the songs actually known to be played on the steel drum.
