Military Officer
Can a Canadian Military Officer (Major) sign my passport application as a guarantor?
I am not in the military. I know that this officer can sign for other mlitary members as a guarantor but I am not sure of the rules concerning military officers signing for civilians.
for 50 bucks and a bottle of whiskey.
