The value depends on the state of the rifle. current market values range from $ 250 to $ 400 + U.S. dollars. A writer named Ian Skennerton has written several good books on the British guns and equipment. His book, "History Lee-Enfield" is an excellent resource of information to help you identify and understand the different brands and The prints will be on the No. 4 Mk-2 carbine. His website is http://www.skennerton.com Another good source of information booklets and Lee-Enfield is the site http://www.303british.com belonging to Steve Redgwell. The No.4 Mk-2 rifle was chambered for 0303 British-made ammunition. Use only ammunition for your rifle. If you are unsure, take the gun to a competent gunsmith and ask them to a casting chamber to check which cartridge is compatible with your cannon.
