Knee Pads
Am I supposed to have knee BIG for volleyball?
I joined the volleyball team of the school Intramural 6th Next week year. Am I supposed to have the BIG bulky knee pads or thin? I already bought the big ones, and I worry if they are good. They said what they have volleyball. PLEASE HELP!
it depends on what ur comfotable with. generally knee pads offer more protection to the knees when u dive. but small is good for. what ever u feel comfortable, that is what u should wear.
