Jump Wings

My cockatiel who had never had its wings clipped until it was a year 1 / 2 before going, she had free flight of the great room and it flew all day When I I, I have clipped wings, which was about 3 weeks … Well, she tries to jump and fly sometimes, and I feel bad for her is there a way to make feel it is in flight, without it stolen???? I have 3 dogs and a cat so I can not fly him around the house, and I do not want to risk his escape, thats why his wings are cut, im going to keep them off, I was wondering if there is anything that makes a bird feel as they fly without them actually did that
Not really but they are pushing their flight feathers, so if you do not want the bird to fly, you must have them reclipped not a permanent thing and they not forget how to fly either, especially if they have flown.
