Holster Belt
Can UTG Airsoft holsters be used without a belt or vest?
Is it possible to just attach them to your thigh, or maybe the belt loops in jeans?

The only thing you have to worry about is the top strap support, without it the holster would “flop” around a bit more so getting it secured to a belt loop, I guess would be as simple as getting a zip-tie or something of the sort to get it secure to where the belt would normally fasten.
