I suspect that listening to this history and its logic hearing may leave a person with a sense of personal powerlessness, since the emphasis is on the power of corporations and the elite of the world. Spectators may experience an "end of the world" feeling (more than in other films). This, combined with the current state of the global economy could cause a person to experience more doubt, despair and a feeling of insignificance. pragmatic and logical thinking can also create a feeling of emptiness.
In the movie Zeitgeist hope and light are expressed in the believe (the science is also a story in trying to understand the world) that the language of science and technology is the only way. There is also a question of behaviorism is very important for this future. Those like me with a training psychology are probably aware of the 'dark' history of behavior modification. I liked the story of unconditional love and connectivity, but has not heard of any developments in this direction.
