Is the armor Ballistic Armored Jacket Field size fits all or is it one size for her?

It will be great for you. My recomendation is to hit a military surplus store, customers or a pawnbroker and just buy the army BDUs. They work just as well, hell of a much cheaper, and are perfect for concealment.
