Body Armor
If someone uses the army, they are assured of the title IV body armor?
At that time, the military does not provide Title IV armor? Or are they still send people into combat zones without it? What is body armor "interception"? Are they bulletproof vests Vietnam era?
There is never such a thing as a guarantee in the military. You could be sent there without it, but it will be issued to you in the theater.
