What is the meaning of the number 1369, i’ve seen artists and bikers use it?
bikers use 1369 as patches on their jackets.
Yi sheng liu jiu,that means only one sound than run away,other was Doctor run away(Sound In Cantonese),or someone fell down you must help him.
