Is there a Baskin-Robbins in Stuttgart, Germany, near the air base?

My step-son is stationed there with the Air Force. They live basis, but in Stuttgart. I would like to send my grandchildren Baskin Robbins gift cards to use there.

I know that Ramstein was a Baskin-Robbins. I am not sure of Stuttgart.
