What type of first aid kit you have in your house?
Adults only live here but we have no first aid kit. Well we support band Biogreeze, ice, Tums Rub alcohol, which is about this. Any other suggestions?

You can get one on the web at Wal-Mart or Costco. I have a large kit, but I do not scratch so I need stuff around. If you are really interested and is valid, you can get training from the Red Cross for about $ 45. Kits are not alone, or you can having to take a particular supplement your stuff.
